We want your new Sandos flip flops to arrive quickly and safely. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping options and delivery timeframes.


New Zealand Shipping

We ship nationwide with NZ Post Couriers, Tracked Delivery.

Rates:

  • Nation Wide : $6.00 

Delivery Times:

  • Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
  • North Island (Urban): Overnight delivery (next working day)
  • South Island & Rural: 1–2 working days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays. 


Australian Shipping

Rates:

  • Australia: $10 Tracked (flat rate)

Delivery times vary depending on destination, but are typically 5-8 working days.

Exchange & Returns Policy

We understand that getting the perfect fit - especially for footwear - can be tricky. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the exchange or return process as smooth as possible.

Returns

  • Please email us at returns@sandos.nz within 5 days of receiving your order to let us know you’d like to make a return.
  • Items must be received back to us within 10 days of the date you received your order. After this time orders are considered Final. 
  • All return costs are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend using a trackable courier method as we can’t be responsible for lost parcels.
  • Once we receive your return, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping) within 1-2 working days.
  • Returned items must be unworn, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • There are no exchanges on international or Australian orders unless the item is deemed faulty. You can return your order for a refund and are welcome to place a new order for another size or style.
  • Original Shipping costs are not refunded 

Exchanges

  • If you’d like a different size or style, send us an email within 5 days of receiving your order - returns@sandos.nz
  • Simply pop your item back to us using a tracked courier—we’d hate for it to get lost!
  • Once received, we’ll happily deliver the new order to you at our cost.
  • There are no exchanges on international or Australian orders unless the item is deemed faulty.

A few friendly reminders

  • Your Sandos should be unworn and in their original packaging when returned.
  • We can’t accept items that have been worn, marked, or damaged.
  • Some sale items may be final sale—check the product page for details.
